Interacting With The Armed Citizens

The Supreme Court of the United States has held that there is no firearms exception to the Fourth Amendment, and this course uses a search and seizure based approach to teach peace officers how to legally interact with the armed citizen. The weapons carry laws of Georgia are discussed.

A classroom with a computer and projector or large screen for a PowerPoint presentation is required for this course.

This class is free to agencies who are willing to host it provided my travel expenses are covered. Private groups may also host a session with the fee dependent upon my expenses.
